What the Course Includes
- Holistic Healing – refers to the form of healing that takes into consideration a person’s physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual condition. These four factors must be balanced to achieve optimal health.
- Positive Affirmations – a powerful tool to change your negative thinking patterns, assist you in accessing a new belief system and reaffirm the positivity back into your life.
- Resilience & Taking charge of your own life – being aware, adaptive, accepting yourself at physical and mental level. Then making the changes needed.
- Breath of Balance – the right breathing techniques that help you balance your trinity.
- Chakra Healing – is a process of clearing blockages in the chakras so that energy can flow freely again. Also focuses on balancing each of your seven chakras so that they align with one another. The goal is not to achieve perfection, but to live a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life. Chakras are energy centres in the body that govern various aspects of our lives. There are seven main chakras, which correspond to the major glands in the body. Each chakra is associated with a certain colour, emotion, and aspect of life.
- Neuro Linguistic Programming approach to health – Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a set of principles and techniques aimed at enhancing self- awareness, increasing confidence, building communication skills, and motivating positive social actions.
